DO Set Up a Day early when the school messes you up

We went to the school (where we'll be holding church on Sundays) about 8am. We didn't get home until 2pm, but we weren't running around like crazy, at least. The room is actually quite nice. There are 3 sections to it. One level is higher than the other - that's the stage area. In back is a smaller area (usually used for the teachers to eat) and it's even higher than the other 2. Overall, it should work fine. I saw on the internet that it was supposed to snow in the afternoon. It flurried, and then I saw sun for the rest of the afternoon!
