DO expect more bad news mere days before your launch

The school called us this morning to tell us that the auditorium can't be used because there's a burning smell in there. They even canceled a school drama that was scheduled this weekend. But, we'll be able to use the cafeteria. So, now we have to go Saturday, to recalibrate the sound system, and also take down tables and set up chairs. I'm still praying it doesn't snow! The storm system is supposed to arrive in the afternoon instead of evening, now.
